This series is suitable for people trying to break into the field of graphic design whether degreed or self taught.
Cancellation policy
  • Classes are 100% refundable minus the 4% online processing fee up to 7 days before the scheduled class.
  • Class resignation cancellation within 7 days of the class start date is 60% refundable minus the 4% online processing fee.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the class is non-refundable. Emergency cancellations must be communicated to FIG staff. Refunds for an emergency will be at the discretion of FIG staff.

You're Not an Imposter is a 5-part creative workshop series designed to support designers in their career journeys. Through a combination of interactive activities and group conversation, you will gain the confidence you need to tackle self-doubt and set achievable career goals.We will cover topics such as dealing with rejection, how to talk like a designer, growing your professional network, and more. This workshop series will provide you with a supportive environment where you can learn and grow alongside a community of like-minded designers.
Description
LAND studio created Studio to the Street: a workshop series providing local artists with the tools to successfully apply for, plan, and implement public art projects.

At each workshop, members of the community, planners, and community development officials were asked to judge between several proposed artworks to provide guests with an in-depth glimpse into what it would look like to participate in a call for artists.

Kyra Wells is a passionate creative leader dedicated to equipping aspiring creatives with tools and resources they need to succeed and always looking for new opportunities to make a positive impact on the design industry. She is currently a creative marketing designer at American Greetings where she is responsible for designing marketing campaigns and national advertisements that captivate and engage audiences in retail stores and social platforms.

Kyra is also an active member of the design community in Cleveland. She serves as the Community Outreach Director of AIGA Cleveland, a local chapter of that national professional design organization. In this role, she facilitates community meetings focused on topics related to design.
