Future Ink Graphics (FIG) is a bright, creative, unique space to hold your next event. FIG is located inside the new Pivot Center for Art, Dance and Expression. The Center is home to the Cleveland Museum of Art, Inlet Dance, LatinUS Theater and more! Prominently placed on the first floor right at the lobby entrance, FIG features a coffee shop onsite, a Community Art Gallery, free and easy parking, and a spacious, modern studio space that can adapt to your specific needs.

FIG’s 2,000+ sq ft studio comes furnished with a variety of tables, chairs, and couches and fits up to 100+ guests standing or up to 50 guests seated.

  • 1. Weekday Rental Package (Special Discounted Rate)
    $60/hr

    Weekday rentals are Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
    Duration: 2-6 hours
    Support: Basic on-site staff assistance

    Ideal For: Meetings, small gatherings, casual meetups, and simple presentations.
  • 2. Basic Event Package
    Price: $150/hr

    Event rentals are for evenings, weekends and/or larger events or programs.
    Duration: 2 + hours
    Support: Dedicated on-site staff for setup and event assistance

    Ideal For: Seminars, small conferences, special events, parties, workshops, and networking events.
  • 3. Premium Event Package
    Price: $175/hr plus catering costs*

    Duration: 4+ hours
    AV/Space Equipment: Bluetooth speaker, projector, screen
    Additional Space: access to breakout conference room (fits 8-10 guests).
    Catering: Catering (buffet, boxed lunches and/or coffee service)*
    Support: Dedicated on-site staff for setup and event assistance including breakdown

    Ideal For: Corporate or non-profit events, workshops, conferences and special occasions
*Costs vary depending on specific catering prices, number of guests, and selection of food and beverage services. These packages offer flexibility and cater to different needs, making it easier for clients to choose an option that aligns with their event requirements and budget.

FIG reserves the right to refuse a rental request for any reason at any time.
Creative Workshop Package
Price: $175/hour rental **plus art activities.
The Creative Workshop is for those looking to hold an event or meeting and want to add an art activity for team building or just for fun! Activities vary and can be customized to fit your business or organizations.

Duration: 3+ hrs
AV Equipment: Bluetooth speaker, projector, screen
Additional Space: access to breakout conference room (fits 8-10 guests), art gallery and lobby areas for additional breakouts.
Catering: Light snacks and beverages
Project: FIG provides a customized interactive art project lead by a FIG instructor and assistant. All art supplies included*

**plus art activities: are priced by project and level of customizations. Projects begin at $200.
Art activities include: Screen printing on posters, t-shirts or totes. Mixed media screen print collage, team building print quilt, mono-printing and more.

Ideal For: Creative workshops, team-building activities, corporate retreat, and brainstorming sessions.
Community Gallery Rental
Rent FIG’s professional Community Gallery for your next exhibition or showcase.
FIG’s over 190+ feet of gallery walls offer a unique space to display your artwork, your students’ artwork or community showcase.

Community Gallery rentals come with exhibition support and are customized to fit your show needs and budget.

Rental rates are based on the duration of the exhibition, complexity of the installation, level of staff support, and marketing needs.

FIG offers a variety of programs both onsite and off in screen printing, mixed media design and digital arts. Customized programs with FIG allows individuals, organizations and businesses to work with the FIG staff to create a unique program and/or project that fits the needs and desired outcomes of our clients.
*Consultation for customized programs are up to 2 hours at no charge. Any additional planning due to a complex request or if changes are made to the original program, meeting fees are charged at $35 an hour.

* Programs must be scheduled no less than 3 weeks in advance. Programs planned under 3 weeks will incur a rush fee or may not be able to be booked due to schedule conflicts.

  • Tote bag screen printing with the community at a public Health Clinic
  • In-school and after school arts educational classes and mentorship
  • Adult workshops for team building and creative outlet
  • Private family t-shirt design and printing workshop
