service guidelines:

  1. Screens must be supplied by the client. Screens should be ready to coat and burn. Screen will be assessed at drop off. Any damages to the screen will be noted.

  2. Payment must be made in full at drop-off. Screens will not be serviced without payment. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

  3. Screens left at FIG for more than 30 days past pick up time, incur a $3 a day storage fee. Screens not picked up after 60 days past the pick-up date becomes the property of FIG.

  4. If the screen is too damaged, FIG reserves the right to deny services. All screens will be inspected and signed off by FIG staff and the client at drop off and pick up.

  5. Digital images that are not prepared properly to print will not be printed and burned. All work must be digitally laid out to be burned EXACTLY as is.

  6. Expedited services are based on availability and is up-charged based on service and turn-around time. Expedited services start at $15 extra a screen.

  7. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we recognize that timely returns are integral to your workflow. FIG strives to get all services completed in one week, however turnaround times may vary due to holidays, weather or other factors outside of FIG's control. If work will not be ready by the pick-up date, FIG staff will contact you immediately.
