PATRON CONDUCT POLICY / CONDUCT GOVERNED BY FUTURE INK GRAPHICS

Any behavior that disrupts the orderly use of the Future Ink Graphics facilities is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, behavior that constitutes a nuisance, or presents a safety and/or security hazard or affects the ability of staff to provide service to its patrons. The following actions are examples of conduct not allowed at Future Ink Graphics:

1.1 Possessing weapons of any kind, either concealed or in plain view
1.2 Using threatening, profane, or offensive language or gestures
1.3 Trespassing in non-public areas
1.4 Creating excessive noise or a disruption
1.5 Leaving a child, age 13 or under, unsupervised or unattended, anywhere in or on premises
1.6 Bringing animals into facilities, with the exception of service animals
1.7 Furnishing false information to a staff member or instructor
1.8 Being in the facilities with bare feet or without a shirt, or being otherwise attired so as to create a threat to health or safety or disrupt other patrons' use of the facilities
1.9 Eating and drinking, except in designated areas
1.10 Violating the Future Ink Graphics Policy on Internet and Computer Use
1.11 Disabling, circumventing, or breaching software on Tech Lab computers
1.12 Drug or alcohol use of any kind
1.13 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vape
1.14 Littering
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

Future Ink Graphics maintains a strict Anti-Harassment Policy. Future Ink Graphics, in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local anti-discrimination and harassment laws and regulations, enforces this policy which prohibits any and all forms of discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
SUBJECT TO SEARCH

By entering into the Future Ink Graphics facility, all patrons consent to search by Future Ink Graphics staff of bundles, packages, backpacks, briefcases, purses, and other containers, upon entering or leaving the facilities, in order to protect and preserve the safety and security of property and people working at Future Ink Graphics.
ENFORCEMENT

Future Ink Graphics is a private business and reserves the right to suspend facility use for individuals in violation of the Patron Conduct Policy. Violations of Future Ink Graphics policies will be assessed on a case by case basis with necessary actions to follow.
RELEASE FOR PARTICIPATION IN EVENT OR ACTIVITY

In exchange for participation in an Activity, organized by Future Ink Graphics located at 2937 W 25th St, Cleveland, OH 44103 ("Releasee"), I hereby agree as follows:

  1. I and anyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge Releasee and its affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties"), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Activity ("Claims").
  2. I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity.
  3. I agree to indemnify Releasee against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgements, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activity.
  4. This Release for Participation in Event of Activity ("Release") shall not be in any way construed as an admission by the Releasee that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against the Releasee.
  5. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. I have the authority to release the Claims and have not assigned or transferred any Claims to any other party. The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this release. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
  6. I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Release.
PHOTOGRAPH AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

I give Future Ink Graphics (FIG) permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of FIG activities. I agree that FIG has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with FIG's mission. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, etc for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release FIG and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

I have read and understood this consent and release.
    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Classes are fully refundable minus a 4% processing fee up to 7 days before the start of a scheduled class. Registration cancellation within 7 days of the class start date is 60% refundable minus a 4%processing fee.
    Cancellation within 48 hours of the class is non-refundable.
    Emergency cancellations must be communicated to FIG staff. Refunds for emergency cancellations are at the discretion of FIG staff.
